Day One Launch of Gratitude One

Today is the soft launch of Gratitude One. As the CEO of this exciting adventure, the vision of this company has been forming for over 20 years of working with some of the greatest companies and brands in the world. I have seen the best and the worst of "Corporate America" and I am passionate about empowering people to be their very best. I am also an optimist and believe that given the opportunity and the right environment people will rise to their best.

As an executive at leading companies I have been a part of some massive transformations over the years not the least of which is the ongoing digital, mobile, social transformations and the dawning of the "age of the customer". But I have to say that I have never experienced the accelerated changes that we have seen in 2020 ranging from a global health pandemic, financial crisis as well as political and social turmoil. But through it all I have an unwavering faith in our humanity as people. That faith in our humanity is what prompted the founding of Gratitude One. Gratitude is one of the most powerful uniting factors in our human make up and I believe there has never been a more important moment in our modern history to empower gratitude at a large scale to demonstrate the humanity of an organization and bring to life the heart and soul of what makes an organization of people tick. Living with purpose has always been important to me and I think it is at the core of what makes a living breathing organization go from average too exceptional.

Our vision is to empower people to show gratitude at scale. We all have moments where are either giving or receiving gratitude and both are wonderful rewarding and powerful moments. The challenge is life happens and we all get busy and those moments fade into occasional accolades at annual meetings. Our vision is to help organizations build cultures of gratitude and leverage the amazing modern technologies we have today to spread gratitude throughout our organizations, to all of our customers and our valued partners. There have been numerous studies of the outstanding business impacts of demonstrating gratitude ranging from improved employee performance, reduction in sick days, growth of customer retention and revenues and expansion of partner ecosystems. At the end of the day business is a series of relationships between people and people value gratitude and reward gratitude with higher performance, loyalty and increased business. I have advocated for many years that doing good is good business. This is at the core of who we are and what we stand for. We want to advance positive change that is good for people at every part of the spectrum from employees to customer to partners and stakeholders. Doing good and demonstrating gratitude is not only the right thing to do but it's good for everyone. We are committed to advancing gratitude as a strategic competitive advantage to organizations that want to be known for who they are, how they operate and how they care for people. We welcome you to join us on this journey and are extremely grateful to have your thoughts, recommendations and support as we grow together.

Deeply Grateful,

Warren Raisch
